Bonded fin heatsink can meet any customized requirements of width, length and height.
This type of product has a short production cycle and is not restricted by MOQ.
It uses epoxy resin (thermal grease) to bond the fins to the base plate.
Since the thermal conductivity of thermal grease is 2.5W/m.k, it is much lower than the thermal conductivity of aluminum 201-234W/m.k.
And because the cost of thermal grease is high, the cost of bonded fin heatsink is higher than that of insert fin heatsink.
So bonded fin heatsink is usually replaced by insert fin heatsink.
We can design a heat sink for you according to your heat dissipation power, or you can send us your drawings and we will produce them according to the drawings.
Production process:
According to the design, make heat dissipation aluminum/copper substrate and fins, and groove on the substrate, bond the fins and substrate into one with thermal paste, and after the substrate and fins are fixed, subsequent drilling, tapping, various features and basic milling in the fins can be carried out, and finally the corresponding surface treatment is carried out to make the bonded fin heatsink finished product.
